Excellent service. He arrived on time and made good time on the three hour drive from Detroit to Holland even with a delay causd by an accident on the highway and all the construction zones. He was personable and helped make a disappointing situation better. Our car sits low and he made sure our bumper didn't scrape on loading and unloading. When it started raining he also double checked with us to make sure our car windows were up. We were stranded on our way to get dinner. The driver couldn't get the tire off to add the donut, but that wasn't his fault (due to the last company that put it on wrong). Had to get it towed instead, so we did that & he took me home. He arrived when he said he would. He also provided good customer service.
